Cameron is a serial entrepreneur hailed by his peers for his diverse and innovative mind in every industry he enters. Spanning over five decades, he has amassed multiple companies and, through creativity, determination, and unstoppable focus, developed pioneering solutions in technology, engineering, agriculture, and more. Most recently, he blazed a trail with his mega-success "Sky Tractors" Hercules Heavy Lifting Drones, a product widely used in the agricultural industry.

Now directing his energy toward "Building Bridges From Farms to Boardrooms," Cameron has made significant investments in CarbonHood's credit vision. He is implementing strategic methodologies to give back to the Earth through farming individuals and corporations around the world.

Restoring ecosystems & biodiversity back into rainforests is my mission.

Jason is a passionate sales expert, teacher, and coach who empowers top-level entrepreneurs and executives. For the past decade, he has helped them master "Sales With A Soul" through his consulting practice, drawing on stories and principles from his book Jungle Whispering: The Art of Influence. Applying these skills to his own ventures, Jason and his wife owned a top-performing yoga studio and currently run a resort in Costa Rica's lush jungles.

His love for "Jungle Life" inspired him to purchase over 60 hectares of farmland in Costa Rica to restore the rainforest and enhance biodiversity. He founded a non-profit for rainforest restoration and, in conjunction with CarbonHood, aims to convert old farmlands and cow pastures back into their primary rainforest habitats.

Garry Johnson is a technology leader with over 30 years of experience in technology-driven business solutions. Throughout his career, Garry has integrated complex technologies to enhance transparency, scalability, and security for global enterprises.

Before joining CarbonHood, he advised organizations on business growth and transformation in both the private and public sectors. His innovative approaches have made him a key figure in modernizing legacy systems and implementing sustainable, future-ready solutions. A serial entrepreneur, Garry is dedicated to leveraging his diverse skills to benefit individuals and the planet. He remains committed to CarbonHood's mission of creating a secure, transparent platform where asset integrity meets next-generation assurance.

Mark Belongia has over 25 years of experience representing closely-held and privately-held companies in corporate matters such as acquisitions, divestitures, employment issues, and succession planning. He focuses on private equity and family offices, and advises financial institutions of all sizes on regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters.

Recognized in the Marquis Who’s Who in American Law 2024 Directory and awarded the AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Mark has also been honored in Leading Lawyers Magazine and named "Consumer Lending Regulatory & Compliance Lawyer of the Year - USA" in 2017. He emphasizes understanding clients’ unique needs and delivering tailored legal solutions.

Gary Wapinski is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in private equity, real estate finance, and business leadership. He is the COO and co-founder of Solace Private Equity LLC, specializing in leveraged buyouts and tax mitigation, and previously co-founded Oakwood Capital LLC, facilitating commercial real estate financing. Gary also founded Wapinski Real Estate Inc., overseeing over $400 million in transactions.

His career includes co-founding a community bank in Chicago, where he managed loan workouts and regulatory oversight. A Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Managing Broker, Gary holds a BS in Accounting from DePaul University.

Sonny Matta is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in finance, distribution, and strategic development. He has held executive roles at Fortune 500 companies and founded successful ventures in medical distribution, insurance, and consumer services, showcasing his ability to identify market opportunities and drive growth.

An active investor, Sonny has been involved in trade finance projects across the U.S., Latin America, and Asia. Specializing in asset-based lending and venture capital, he supports technology startups and develops financial solutions for public-private partnerships. His expertise in structured finance and innovative distribution makes him a key figure in diverse industries. Committed to fostering innovation, Sonny continues to invest in initiatives that bridge public and private sectors.
